Email hello@nickgen.com to reach NickGen, the independent Blood Strike name generator. Messages go to one person — Hoàng Dương Dũng, the developer who built and runs this site — so there is no ticket queue and no support bot. Email and response time

Write to hello@nickgen.com. Replies usually go out within 2 to 3 days. During a Blood Strike patch week the inbox gets busier and it can stretch to about a week — NickGen is a one-person project, not a company with a support shift.

If you would rather use social, the same person answers messages on Facebook. There is no phone line and no live chat, and NickGen never asks for your game account, password or payment details — see the privacy policy for what the site does and does not collect.

Report a symbol or style that stopped working

Send it to hello@nickgen.com with “Broken symbol report” as the subject. This is the most useful message you can send: game developers patch their name filters without announcing it, so a player hitting a rejection is often the first signal that something changed.

Four details make a report actionable straight away:

Paste the exact name or symbol — paste it as text, do not retype it. Retyping silently replaces the character, and a look-alike character behaves differently.
What the game did — rejected the name outright, accepted it but showed empty boxes, or accepted it and later reset it to plain letters.
Where — the Blood Strike name-change field, in-game chat, or your bio.
Your device — Android or iOS. A glyph the game accepts can still fail to draw on one platform’s system font.

A screenshot helps but is not required. Once a symbol is confirmed dead it is re-marked with its current status on the Blood Strike special characters page rather than quietly deleted, so you can still see that it exists and that it no longer works. Content removal, copyright and trademark requests

Send removal and copyright notices to hello@nickgen.com with “Content removal request” as the subject. Include the exact URL, identify the material, and say what right you hold. Valid requests are actioned without argument — this site has no commercial reason to keep disputed material online.

Two things worth stating plainly. First, NickGen is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by NetEase or Blood Strike; “Blood Strike” and related names are trademarks of their respective owners, and this site does not use their logos or artwork as its own brand. Second, the characters the generator produces are public Unicode code points, not fonts and not anyone’s proprietary artwork — but if you believe a specific page crosses a line, the address above is the way to say so.

Who operates NickGen

NickGen is operated by an individual, not a registered company: Hoàng Dương Dũng (Dung Hoang), a developer based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, who founded the site in 2025 and still writes every line of it. There are no other staff, no agency and no parent network.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a reply take?

Usually 2 to 3 days, and up to about a week when a Blood Strike update lands. One person reads the inbox, so there is no faster tier.

Can you change my Blood Strike name for me or recover my account?

No. NickGen has no connection to your game account and no access to NetEase systems — it only generates text you copy yourself. For account problems, contact Blood Strike’s own in-game support. Anyone claiming otherwise while using this site’s name is not us.

Do you accept guest posts, link exchanges or sponsored content?

No. Those emails are not answered. NickGen publishes only what it tests itself, which is the whole basis of trusting a name list.

Is there a contact form instead of email?

Not at the moment. A form would add tracking scripts and a database of stored messages for no real benefit, so the site uses a plain mailbox and Facebook instead.
