Welcome to NickGen.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at nickgen.com (the “Service”), an independent Blood Strike name generator operated by Hoàng Dương Dũng (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Use of the Service

NickGen.com provides free tools for generating stylish names and copying special characters, symbols and spaces for use in games such as Blood Strike (“Generated Content”). The generator runs entirely in your browser.

  • You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You are free to use the Generated Content in your online profiles, games, social media or other personal projects.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and to follow the rules and code of conduct of any game or platform where you use the Generated Content.
  • You must not misuse the Service by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans or other malicious material, and you must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or database.

2. Non-Affiliation & Trademarks

NickGen is an independent, fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NetEase, Inc. or Blood Strike, and it does not represent any official service. We do not imply any official status or partnership.

“Blood Strike”, “NetEase” and all related names, logos and artwork are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. We use these names only to describe what our free tool is for (nominative reference); we do not use their logos or artwork as our own branding.

3. Stylish Names Are Unicode, Not Fonts

The “stylish fonts” produced by NickGen are standard Unicode characters (such as Mathematical Alphanumeric Symbols), not real fonts. Because each app or game renders text with its own system font and applies its own name filter, some styles, symbols or spaces may not display or may be rejected. We test styles in Blood Strike and mark the reliable ones, but we cannot guarantee that any given name will be accepted or display correctly on every platform — you should always check compatibility before relying on a name.

4. Redeem Codes & Game Information

Any redeem codes, patch notes or game information we publish are for informational purposes only and are gathered from official channels with the date noted. We do not generate, sell or guarantee codes, and we do not sell top-ups, currency or in-game items. Codes can expire or be region-locked at any time; always redeem through the game’s official channels.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Generated Content), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hoàng Dương Dũng. The website’s design, branding and underlying code are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

NickGen.com does not claim any copyright or ownership over the names or text you generate using our tools.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk. We do not guarantee that every generated name will be unique or compatible with all third-party platforms; checking compatibility is your responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hoàng Dương Dũng, nor the owner of NickGen, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service — including any account action taken by a game or platform in connection with a name you chose to use.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date above. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
